Designed for specialized skill training at the intermediate and advanced levels for Middle and High School boys and girls. Instruction includes developmental training in techniques specific to each position and advanced strategies for each position.
Additional training is given in game situations that bring all positions together. Participants are divided into courts based on skill level, age and experience. Our staff is comprised of the collegiate staff at Capital University, NCAA collegiate coaches, collegiate student-athletes and club coaches.

|EQUIPMENT NEEDED||Participants are expected to bring all equipment needed to play, i.e., kneepads, active ankles, sleeves. You must wear sneakers and athletic gear. Bring your own water bottle and a towel or extra t-shirt if you feel the need to change half- way through the session.|
